1. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped through Shiprocket, a trusted logistics aggregator that connects with multiple courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- The estimated delivery date shown at checkout comes directly from Shiprocket’s system.
- Please note that we do not have control over this date, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on courier service and your location.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India (Incase of outside India please email us : info@parrotdipankarstores.com).
- Delivery may not be available in remote areas depending on courier serviceability.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you place the order.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or above a certain order value.
- COD (cash on delivery) is not avialable over and above Rs. 3000 INR and subject to availability.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number/link via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.
7. Delivery Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
