Refund & Replacement Policy

We value your trust and want you and your feathered friends to be completely satisfied. Please read our simple policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • Applies only if you receive an expired, damaged, or wrong product.
  • Items must be returned untouched/unused in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

2. Process

  • Contact us within the 7‑day period with your order details and product issue. At first we will verify it virtually.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned product.

3. Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
  • Refund Timeline :The refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days (After receiving the product in our werehouse)  from our end. However, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

4. Replacement Option

  • Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • The replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved.

5. Non‑Refundable/Non‑Replaceable Cases

  • Used products, opened packaging, or items not returned in original condition.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
